This is the beautiful artwork Kat Fury made for the cover of the Iconoclast: Carolyn Saulson Zine I got funding from @rpscollective through the Ara Jo Memorial Fund for. It will come out at @ebabzinefest in December. The image is called Mother's Dream and depicts mom dressed as Queen Ramonda, which she planned to do at WorldCon 2018, but August 3 2018 she was paralyzed by a seizure due to end stage multiple myeloma and a fibroid rumor in her skull. Multiple Myeloma is a relatively rare blood cancer related to lymphoma and leukemia that affects African Americans at a rate twice that of the general population. #multiplemyeloma #africanamerican #wakandaforever #queenramonda
